Good morning, dear foodies!
Have you already tried the raclette (/rəˈklɛt/)? On the one hand, raclette is a cheese originating in Switzerland, and on the other hand, it is an emblematic traditional recipe of Swiss cuisine, a kind of cheese fondues (based on this particular cheese) which is traditionally served with potatoes and vegetables in vinegar (such as pickles or onions).
